Description of high vacuum exhaust station:
1. Exhaust station adopts a closed overall frame structure, the bottom is equipped with four fixed universal wheel, easy to move, frame on both sides of the radiator and exhaust port can provide good heat dissipation to the built-in vacuum pump, ensure the exhaust platform. Long-term operation is stable and reliable.
2. Composite vacuum gauge, molecular pump control power supply, control button are installed in the uphill area. Easy to observe and operate. The whole equipment adopts one-button start-stop control.
3. Exhaust stations are air-cooled and do not require water or high-pressure gas sources. Only 220V power supply is required on site.
4. Install a manual ultra high vacuum baffle valve at the top of the exhaust platform to cut off or connect the exhaust station to the pumping vessel.
5. The pumping vessel and the exhaust station are softly connected via a stainless steel vacuum bellows.
