Vacuum quenching furnace is suitable for solid solution and aging treatment of large and medium vacuum products. Vacuum quenching furnace is composed of heating furnace cover and movable chassis. A crane is mounted on the top of a square (or circular) hood, and the baskets can be hoisted to the furnace through chains and hooks. The furnace cover is supported by section steel, and the bottom of the furnace door is operated by pneumatic (or electric) operation. The chassis under the hood can be moved and positioned along the track. The chassis is equipped with quenching water tank and material basket. During production, the baskets on the chassis are moved directly below the furnace cover, the furnace door is opened, the chains and hooks are lowered, the baskets are hoisted into the furnace hearth and heated after closing the furnace door. Quenching is ground. First, the water tank on the chassis is moved directly below the hood, then the door is opened, the chain is lowered, and the basket (workpiece) is quenched into water.
