The pit gas annealing furnace is mainly composed of furnace body, combustion system, smoke exhaust system, sealing system and automatic control system.
Furnace body: effective size of restraining groove: 900 *1800 mm (diameter *height);
Fuance case is welded with 4mm A3 steel plate. The bottom bearing position is welded by 12 # channel. Furnace lining adpot 300mm thick compressed fibre block. The compression ratio is maintained above 30% to ensure the high temperature sealing effect of this position.
Muffler box: The muffler box is made of 321 stainless steel with a thickness of 12 mm. Flange material is 35mm carbon steel plate. The flange has high temperature silicone rubber seal and water-cooled sleeve. The sealing effect can be achieved in the working process. The muffler water tank cover is made of 30mm A3 steel plate. The furnace cover insulating box is made of 321 stainless steel and aluminium silicate fibre cotton to prevent heat loss. The cover is fixed with the muffler box through 8-10 manual compression screw on the cover.
The bottom of the muffler water tank is provided with a support frame, which is a heat-resistant steel material for castings.
The tank cover is provided with air intake (with manual valve), exhaust hole (with manual valve), pressure gauge, explosion-proof valve and lifting ring.
Combustion system: Four SI080HB high-speed automatic burners are used in the combustion system. The burner has the functions of automatic ignition, automatic flame monitoring and automatic fire extinguishing protection.
Air supply system: Each furnace has a set of centrifugal high-pressure blower.
