The heater is usually made of molybdenum wire (molybdenum melting point is 2630 C). The outer shell is metal and keeps good air tightness. Molybdenum boat commonly used in kiln furniture can be continuously produced with high efficiency. Vertical hydrogen furnaces are similar to horizontal ones, which occupy a small area and are suitable for small batch production. Hydrogen furnace can be used for ceramic sintering or metallization, brazing, annealing and purification of metal parts for sealing glass parts, etc. It can also be used in powder metallurgy and sintering of semiconductor alloys. In operation, we should pay attention to the safety of gas path, circuit and water system, especially to prevent leakage of air, so as to avoid high temperature hydrogen spontaneous combustion and explosion accident.
